Advise interested clients
1. What does it mean to be an adviser at Vatiómetro?
Vatiómetro is a platform that connects people interested in renewable energies with trusted installation companies. To help these users make informed decisions, we are looking for collaborators to act as energy advisers, accompanying the client from their first request until the service is contracted.
The adviser does not carry out installations or technical tasks, but plays a key role: understanding the user's needs, resolving doubts, explaining options and facilitating the client's progress in their contracting process. All this is done from home or remotely, with the support and tools of Vatiómetro.
2. What type of clients will you advise?
Clients who come to Vatiómetro usually have a real interest in installing:
- Solar panels for self-consumption.
- Electric car chargers.
- Aerothermal or efficient air conditioning systems.
- Comprehensive energy renovations in homes or businesses.
Some are already decided to contract, while others need clear and close guidance before making a decision. Your role is to accompany them, clarify doubts, explain quotes and make it easier for them to trust the process.
3. Who can be an adviser?
It is not necessary to have specific technical training, but we are looking for profiles with certain skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing or renewable energies (not mandatory, but valued).
- Empathy, listening skills and ability to transmit trust.
- General knowledge of products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, aerothermal energy, etc. (we will help you train).
- Ability to organize calls, send emails and record information in an orderly manner.
- Availability of at least 10-15 hours per week.
Both freelancers and small energy service or advisory companies can participate, provided they adapt to our working model.
4. What functions will you have as an adviser?
Once you join as an adviser at Vatiómetro, your main tasks will be:
- Contact users who have requested information on the platform.
- Make a call or send a personalized message to understand exactly what they need.
- Compare available quotes or recommend the most suitable supplier according to their area, type of installation and preferences.
- Resolve basic technical doubts or redirect to the supplier if necessary.
- Follow up after a few days to know if they have made a decision or need more information.
You don't have to sell aggressively. Our approach is to help, advise and accompany, without pressure. If the user feels well attended, they are more likely to end up contracting with one of our suppliers.
5. Tools and support we offer you
To facilitate your work, Vatiómetro provides you with:
- Access to our CRM: where you can see the leads assigned to you, consult their information and record interactions.
- Product and company sheets: with updated data on each supplier, areas of action, conditions and technologies they offer.
- Scripts and guides: support documents to know what to say in each phase of contact.
- Initial training: introductory sessions on the market, products and platform operation.
- Continuous support: you can resolve doubts directly with the Vatiómetro team or share experiences with other advisers.
6. Compensation model
At Vatiómetro we believe in a fair and results-based model. That is why we offer:
- Payment per managed lead: for each contact you attend correctly (call or complete email).
- Payment per converted lead: if your advice ends in a contracted installation, you will receive an additional commission.
- Volume bonuses: if you reach certain monthly goals, you can opt for financial incentives.
Payments are made monthly, and you will receive a detailed summary of the leads attended and commissions generated. We do not require exclusivity or minimum permanence: you decide how much time and dedication you contribute.
7. Ethical and legal commitments
When working with personal data, it is important to comply with our ethical and legal standards:
- Confidentiality: all client data must be treated responsibly and never shared outside the work environment.
- Good commercial practice: it is not allowed to lie, exaggerate or make promises that cannot be kept.
- Data protection: you commit to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any applicable regulations in your country.
- Respect for the client: treatment must always be cordial, empathetic and without pressure.
If bad practices or inappropriate behavior are detected, Vatiómetro may cancel the collaboration immediately.
