1. What is Vatiómetro?

Vatiómetro is a marketplace specializing in renewable energies that allows users to compare quotes, receive personalized advice and contact trusted installers and distributors directly. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by connecting informed users with verified companies.

To increase the reach of our services and reach more homes, we collaborate with content editors, bloggers, digital media, comparators, influencers and website owners who wish to promote Vatiómetro in exchange for results-based financial compensation.

2. What does the collaboration consist of?

If you have a website, blog, YouTube channel, social media profile, electronic newsletter or digital community and wish to monetize your traffic, you can collaborate with us by disseminating Vatiómetro's services through different formulas such as affiliate links, banners or integration of interactive widgets.

Every time a user arrives at our platform from your channel and performs a certain action (for example, requesting a quote or registering), you will receive a previously agreed commission. The entire process is automated, with tracked links and controlled by cookies or unique tracking systems.

3. Types of media accepted

We accept advertising collaboration requests from:

• Blogs and websites with recurring traffic and themes related to sustainability, home, energy, efficiency or technology.
• YouTube or TikTok channels focused on dissemination, ecology, renovations or conscious lifestyle.
• Social media profiles with active community and related content.
• Digital media or comparators that wish to incorporate our services through modules or personalized links.
• Newsletters or email marketing platforms with databases segmented by interest or geographical area.

In all cases, it is necessary to maintain a minimum of visual quality, legality of content and compliance with the usage policies accepted by Vatiómetro.

4. Collaboration formulas available

The following are the main modalities we offer our affiliates and advertising collaborators:

4.1. Affiliate links

We provide you with a unique link (with UTM parameters and an affiliate ID) that you can insert into your content. Each user who arrives at Vatiómetro through that link will be associated with your account for a certain period (usually 30 days).

If during that period the user requests a quote, registers or performs another key action (qualified lead), you will receive the established commission.

4.2. Advertising banners

We provide you with creatives adapted to different formats (horizontal, vertical, square, responsive) for you to insert on your website or newsletter. All banners include tracking code and are connected to your collaborator account.

It is also possible to request personalized pieces or creatives adapted to specific campaigns or seasonal promotions.

4.3. Embeddable widgets or modules

You can integrate a fully operational interactive widget (for example, a quote comparator, capture form or advice questionnaire) into your website. This module will be linked to your account and generate commissions when users use it.

The widget adapts to the design of your site and can be configured with different geographical areas, categories or types of energy.

4.4. Editorial links or sponsored content

If you have a blog or digital media, you can write articles on energy efficiency, self-consumption or solar panel installation, including mentions or links to Vatiómetro. We also offer branded content campaigns or sponsored content remunerated based on the impact or positioning of the article.

4.5. Personalized landing page

For strategic collaborators, we can create an exclusive landing page within the Vatiómetro domain with your brand, message and personalized tracking. This option allows you to accurately measure the performance of your traffic and reinforce your authority as a recommender.

5. Criteria for accepting collaborators

Although we try to foster an open ecosystem, we carefully evaluate collaboration requests to ensure traffic quality and protect our brand. Some basic criteria include:

• Original content and no copyright infringements.
• Absence of spam, pornography, hate speech or illegal activities.
• Real and segmented audience, not artificially purchased.
• Ability to generate related or contextualized content.
• Good digital reputation (we review social profiles, websites, etc.).

We reserve the right to reject or cancel collaborations that do not meet these criteria, even after being initially approved.

6. Commission and compensation model

Collaboration commissions are set based on the type of action performed by the user arriving through the collaborator. The usual models are:

• CPL (Cost per lead): A fixed amount is paid for each verified quote request.
• CPC (Cost per click): Paid for each valid unique click, if agreed in specific campaigns.
• CPA (Cost per acquisition): Variable commission if a contract is formalized between the user and a Vatiómetro partner company.
• Mixed model: Can combine several previous formulas depending on traffic quality and volume.

The exact amount, validation conditions, settlement dates and payment method will be detailed in the individual agreement with each collaborator.

7. Tracking and control panel

Each collaborator has a unique identifier that is automatically incorporated into their links, banners or widgets. This ID allows:

• Track the number of clicks, forms filled out or leads generated.
• View reports with basic metrics (visits, conversion ratio, income).
• Control the validity of cookies (usually 30 days from the first click).
• Check the validation and collection status of generated commissions.

In case of detecting fraud, use of bots, non-transparently incentivized clicks or traffic manipulation, the affected commissions will be annulled and the affiliate account may be suspended without right to claim.

8. Payments and invoicing

Commissions are settled monthly (or bimonthly, if volume requires) by bank transfer or PayPal. To do this, the following requirements must be met:

• Have reached the established minimum billing (default, €50).
• Issue a legal invoice with correct tax details.
• Not be subject to review for suspicion of invalid traffic.

In the case of collaborators without invoicing capacity (for example, individuals without professional activity), an alternative formula such as a fee receipt or punctual collaboration with tax withholding may be studied.

9. Responsibilities and correct brand use

Collaborators commit to:

• Use only logos, texts and materials provided or authorized by Vatiómetro.
• Not impersonate or pretend to be an official part of Vatiómetro if no express agreement exists.
• Not create deceptive domains or advertising campaigns that mislead.
• Not use automated traffic means, click buying/selling or false incentives to obtain conversions.

Vatiómetro reserves the right to take legal action in case of misuse of the brand or attempted advertising fraud.

10. Termination of collaboration

Both the collaborator and Vatiómetro may terminate the agreement at any time, notifying in writing with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice.

In case of serious breach by the collaborator (such as fraud, impersonation, metric manipulation or infringement of third-party rights), Vatiómetro may cancel the collaboration immediately and block any pending payment derived from invalid actions.

11. Data protection and privacy

Within the framework of the collaboration, Vatiómetro does not transfer or share users' personal data with affiliates. The only information available in reports will be statistical, aggregated and anonymous.

The collaborator commits not to attempt to identify individual users or store information about their actions within the platform without express consent.

12. Legislation and jurisdiction

This collaboration agreement is governed by Spanish legislation. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless another jurisdiction must apply due to consumer protection regulations.
